2023: Reno Omokri Reacts To Reports Of Peter Obi, Kwankwaso Merger

Former media aide to erstwhile President Goodluck Jonathan, Reno Omokri, has reacted to reports of a possible merger between Peter Obi and Engr. Rabiu Kwankwaso.

Obi is the presidential candidate of Labor Party (LP) while Engr. Kwankwaso is NNPP presidential candidate.

Reacting via a tweet posted on his handle, Omokri wondered who among the presidential candidates will set aside his presidential aspiration to become a Vice Presidential candidate.

He tweeted:

”The proposed Kwankwaso-Peter Obi. NNPP-Labour Party merger is an excellent idea. The only problem is who will be the Presidential candidate and who will his vice? Kwankwaso would naturally want the top of the ticket, but will Peter Obi accept a second fiddle role?”
