Apostle Aderemi Emmanuel Awode, boss of Chemstar Manufacturing Company, is no gambler, but 55 is presently a good number for him.
Mercurial and dark-complexioned, Awode, turned a year older recently, as he celebrated his 55th birthday.
The brain behind Finecoat and Shield Paints, who spend his life full of praises for God who has immensely blessed and favoured him, celebrated with an impressive shindig, as friends, family and associate turned up to celebrate him.
Known for his love for the needy, Awode, also used the event to empower members of his church, the Cherubim and Seraphim Movement, Divine Blessing Cathedral, Alagbado, Lagos state.
Once quoted to have said “if you are a thoughtful person who does nice things, don’t stop just because the people failed to see the goodness inside you, it’s their rejection or lack of response that is the problem, not yours. Don’t change yourself, they need to change, they need to work on themselves, keep being the wonderful you,” the man does live by this principle
