Actor, Kanayo O. Kanayo has started a big debate on what a man who can’t feed his family deserves.
In a post online, the dark-complexioned man noted that called out men who depend on their wives financially.
He also warned women against being too hardworking in a bid to cover for their husbands to the point that their husbands become lazy.
According to him, women usually want to defend their husbands so that the outside world wouldn’t know what is going on inside the home. However, he said the primary responsibility of a man is to provide, adding that the trend of men depending on women is “disturbing, useless, and dangerous”.
“A man who cannot feed his family has no need and no use to use his private part on a woman.
“It’s a responsibility. You know, women try to cover their husbands. And this is an advice to young women, know who you marry.
“All you place above everything is love, ‘I love him, I love him’. But provision, meal… But when he doesn’t provide, you start having the idea and approaches from men.”
The actor told women it is okay to protect their husbands to an extent, but they shouldn’t let it get to the point where the man becomes relaxed and irresponsible.
He added “Women protect your husbands BUT DO NOT provide them with the type of covering that leads to irresponsibility.
“Many husbands shy away from their responsibilities when the wife is hardworking. I AM A WITNESS.”
