Tinubu Condoles With Families Of US Plane Collision

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has extended his heartfelt condolences to families of the US plane collision.
Recall that a commercial plane and a military helicopter collided mid-air in Washington on Wednesday.
A US Army Black Hawk helicopter with a crew of three collided with an American Airlines jet carrying 64 people seconds before the passenger aircraft was due to land at Washington National airport.
Both aircraft were sent careering into the icy Potomac River.
In a statement released on Thursday, January 30th, Tinubu said that he was deeply saddened by the tragic incident in Washington, D.C.
Extend his heartfelt condolences to the families of the victims, the people of the United States, and all affected by this profound loss, he commend the courageous efforts of first responders and emergency teams for their selfless work in harsh conditions.
Assuring the United States Government and it’s people that Nigeria stands with them in solidarity, united in grief, he added that he is hopeful for a new day.
