Days back, popular Guitarist, Fiokee announced the death of his sister, Emrich Effanga. Read here
According to him, she was a victim of domestic abuse.
Fiends and associates of the deceased have now alleged that she was strangled to death by her lover,
Mary Effanga, the sister of the Emrich Effanga whose real name is Emem Monday Effanga has now written a tribute in her honor.
She wrote,
“To my dearest sister, Emem Monday Effanga, AKA Emrich Effanga
Your passing has left a gaping hole in my life, but I take comfort in knowing that you’re now at peace, I’ll continue to celebrate your life, your love, and your legacy.
“Rest in peace, my dearest sister, I’ll miss you everyday, but I’ll keep your memory alive in my heart with all my love sis.
“An usher in Full Life Bible Church took You away from your siblings, strangle you to death. My advice to every lady out there please be careful of domestic relationship and speak out….. There’s no marriage in heaven .
“Love you sister, May your soul
rest in peace.
“Good Bye”
On his part, Fiokee wrote,
“My heart is shattered. I can’t believe I’m writing this, but my sister is gone. She was taken from us by someone who claimed to love her. I had no idea she was suffering in silence. She never spoke about the abuse, and now it’s too late.
“If you are in an abusive relationship, please, I beg you—speak up. I know it’s not easy. I know fear can make you stay quiet. But silence can be deadly. There are people who care, people who will help you. Please don’t wait until it’s too late.
“Justice will take its course, but no amount of punishment will bring my sister back. If this message can save even one life, then her death will not be in vain.
“Rest in peace, my love. I will miss you forever. Emrich Effanga.”
