Sunday Esan, the popular movie and music marketer behind Okiki Films and Music has added another feather to his proverbial cap.
Esan, was honoured with an award, as Yoruba Music Marketer of the year 2016, by City People Entertainment Awards on Sunday, July 24.
This is not the first time Okiki Films and Music will be carting away laurels at the City People Entertainment Award, as the organisation won in 2003 and 2004.
In 2003 and 2004, Okiki Films and Music won the category for Best Movie Marketer.
The latest award however doesn’t come as a surprise, as Esan has blazed several trails in both industries.
A lot of Esan’s followers and fans will remember him, as the leading marketer who shook the industry when he bought 10 buses to market his films and music.
Then, his commercial took over the airwaves, as shout of Okiki one, Okiki two, Okiki three, Okiki four, Okiki five, Okiki Six, Okiki Seven, Okiki eight, Okiki nine and Okiki ten took over the airwaves.
