Star Boy act, Wizkid, had a bleak Christmas this year appearing in only a few shows. The artiste is also expected to be a scarce commodity in shows in the early parts of 2017.
Unlike in the past when he was always among the headlining acts at shows organised for Christmas, this time he was conspicuously absent.

Wizkid was not part of the major shows which held towards the climax of the year. His place was taken by other enterprising artistes including Davido.
Recall that he had earlier released a statement on social media saying he was cancelling the rest of his show for the year and some in the coming year due to advice from his doctor.
