The man, who knows how to enjoy life, has been in hibernation in America for some months now.
He, however, returned to town recently, and has been showing up occasionally at exclusive events. The man was spotted on Friday, September 13, at the burial of Chief Christopher Okhiria, popularly known in Lagos Island, as Suru-Ni.
At the event, Peller was the cynosure of all eyes, as very few people outside his circle of friends knew he was back in town.
