The music career of Patoranking might suffer a setback if the criticisms trailing his label boss is anything to go by.
Foston Utomi, who owns Foston Musik, the record label on which Patoranking is signed was recently alleged of domestic abuse.
The allegation went viral when he shared a post on instagram and his wife Ajoke countered him sharing a picture of herself covered in blood. Ajoke also accused her husband of severally beating her and threatening to kill her despite bleeding on the floor.
Disregarding criticism, Fuston shared an instagram message justifying what he did saying thus “When you’re holding on to someone who doesn’t want to stay. There are certain people who aren’t meant to fit into your life no matter how much you want them to. And the only ones truly worthy of your love are the ones who stand with you through the hard times and laugh with you after the hard times pass. Maybe a happy ending doesn’t include anyone else right now. Maybe it’s just you, on your own, picking up the pieces and starting over, freeing yourself for something better in the future. Maybe the happy ending is simply letting go and taking a bold step forward.”
Since the drama with Fuston started, the probability of Patoranking’s career being affected has come to play.
