Singer, Seyi Shay, has come under serious criticism following a sheer dress she wore on a date with a mysterious man.

The sheer dress has attracted criticism the way of the singer because of its revealing nature. In pictures that have hit the social media, the singer is seen walking hand-in-hand with her male company dressed in the black attire.

Fellow singer, Omawunmi and On-Air-Personality (Toolz), have been the first to ponder on the reason behind the dress sense of the singer with questions such as why didn’t she wear underwear to protect her body being asked.

The sheer dress worn by the singer asides revealing her hips, back, bare stomach also revealed a sizable portion of her butt. Wearing sheer dresses has become a common thing among international celebrities and Seyi Shay seems to be towing the fashion lines of singers such as Rihanna and Beyonce who have made headlines with such dresses  especially while performing on stage.

Interestingly, there have also been those who have commended the style of the dress with some people commending the singer for how it fits her body.
