In Nigeria, there are just a few businessmen who shy away from politics.
Often times, they mix both together after all there is politics in business and vice versa.
Until recently, Forte Oil boss, Femi Otedola would have made a compendium of men who don’t mix politics with business; however his recent endorsement of the Lagos state governor Akinwunmi Ambode for a second term deprived him of that privilege.
Hinging his endorsement of the governor on the need to finish the projects he started and his ability to take the state to greater heights, a lot of people were fazed by Otedola’s move stating it is very unlike him.
