Following allegation of fraud levied on Nollywood actor Williams Uchemba, he has been forced to react.
Uchemba was accused of fraud by a US- based activist, Edafe Okporo.
In a Tweet shared by Edafe, he alleged Uchemba of fraud after the latter had claimed to be an envoy of the United Nations (UN), seeking $1000 in payment for a certain programme.
Reacting to the allegation, Uchemba said its all false and countless fake accounts on social media have been impersonating him. He went further to explain his role as an affiliate of the United Nations and how they operate.
While maintaining he was an affiliate of the UN, the body has distanced itself from Uchemba in a letter released via their official Twitter handle.
