Why Reekado Banks Left Mavin Records, Don Jazzy Explains

Mavin Records boss, Don Jazzy, has finally reacted to the exit of Reekado Banks from his label.
Recall that Reekado Banks left Mavin Records in December 2018 after five years to set up his own label, Banks Music.
Reacting to the 2015 Next Rated winner’s decision, Don Jazzy, who was one of the first entertainers to wish the young artist well, said Reekado had to grow to his new profile.
Asked on Twitter how he feels about musicians leaving his label especially now that his hit churners appear to have gone on a break, the producer, who has maintained that he bears no grudges against Reekado Banks asked in response, “why do you graduate from secondary/university? People grow bro.”
Don Jazzy went on to add that his label hasn’t satisfied the high expectations of fans, but has been taking notes and suggestions from loyal fans and have been working on great ideas which will be revealed this year.
