An emmergency meeting of the National Judicial Council (NJC), has been summoned.
Discussions in the emmergency meeting will focus on the suspension of Walter Onnoghen.
The meeting will hold told by 10am in Abuja.
According to sources in the NJC, neither the acting Chief Justice of Nigeria Ibrahim Muhammad nor the suspended CJN Justice Walter Onnoghen, will be allowed to preside over the meeting.
