There is palpable fear in Ajah presently, as the family of late Chief Fatai Abiodun Olumegbon is said to be set to bury his remains.
Prior to today, there had been speculations about the deceased and the probability that the people of Ajah would allow his remains to be buried in the town.
There had been rumour that the natives of the town were actually not in support of the idea because the deceased was not from the community. Asides that, there are some who said the deceased could not be buried in the community because everything about him was in negation of the interest of Ajah.
For days, residents of the community have speculated what his burial would be like. Some said that it would be in Ajah, while others said he would be returned to his home town in Edo State. However, with speculations making the rounds that he has been brought into town and is set to be buried tonight, it has been apprehension from all quarters.
Chief Fatai Olumegbon, a Lagos white cap chief died in Dubai on Sunday, March 24, from complications arising from multiple diseases including stroke, acute pile among others.
