Dr. Boniface Igbeneghu, the Unilag lecturer and Foursquare Gospel Church pastor who was implicated in a sex for mark scandal has spoken up.
Dr. Igbeneghu who spoke via a video published by the BBC cleared the air on the allegation trailing him, stating that he never touched the reporter of the BBC Africa Eye who posed as a 17 year-old girl seeking admission during the undercover operation.
He said that she was the one who reached out first by greeting him and also asking him out.
Dr. Igbeneghu also revealed that he only invited the reporter for a birthday party which was held at the Cold Room.
Recall that the Africa Eye had published a year-long documentry in which it documented sexual assult and attrocities being carried out by lecturers in institution of higher learning such as the University of Lagos and University of Ghana.
In the documentry, the lecturer at the Faculty of Arts in Unilag, and the current sub-dean was heard boasting that though in his 50s, all he needed to get a 17 year-old girl was to sweet talk and throw money at her.
