Corruption Allegations: Buhari Approves Suspension Of NSITF Chief Executive Officer, Adebayo Somefun

President Muhammadu Buhari has approved the indefinite suspension of the Managing Director/CEO of the Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF), Adebayo Somefun.

According to a statement from the Ministry of Labour and Employment, Somefun along with four directors of the agency were suspended over corruption allegations.

This much was confirmed by the Special Adviser of the President on New Media, Bashir Ahmad via his Twitter handle @Bashir Ahmaad.

Ahmad tweeted:
