My name is Adibe Kelechi Ephraim, a native of Ndoki . I am married with four kids. I have suffered a kidney failure for over two year, which has taken a huge toll from me, financially. I was admitted at Garki General Hospital for over six months and was move to Askosoro General hospital where i have gone through series of dialysis which has depleted my funds completely due to the cost of treatment.
I am passionately appealing to you, to use your good office to assist me financially to enable me carryout Kidney transplant as soon as possible. l need N9.6 Million Naira for kidney transplant @ Zenith medical and kidney center Apo Abuja.
It would be the greatest leap in my life if l can l do the transplant, I pray the Lord Almighty gives you the strength and compassion to do me this great honour.
