A security man caught pants down with an eight year-old girl has become the biggest talking point in Ibusa, Asaba, Delta State.
According to reports, the man was allegedly caught pants down by residents while defiling the girl.
The act happened on Saturday, August 22 in a building under construction.
Following his being caught, he was stripped, tied up and handed over to the police for further investigation.
According to reports, the victim’s parents, who are pastors, have decided not to press charges due to stigmatization.
