The duo of Wizkid and Reekado Banks are presently at war over a collaborative music effort.
The song originally that of Reekado Banks had Wizkid on it as a feature.
Trouble started when Reekado announced via Twitter that he was set to release the song and Wizkid went ballistic.
According to Wizkid, Reekado Banks was insensitive to be thinking of dropping a song at this time when youths were protesting against police brutality.
Announcing the song Reekado Banks wrote: “Out of control, gbedu must drop. This one with my brother @wizkidayo “OMO OLOMO” midnight dropping. Still on the matter !!! #EndSWAT #EndSARS #EndPoliceBrutality”
Not pleased with the timing for the release of the song, Wizkid wrote: “Delete this dude! Can’t believe you’re even doing this at a time like this. Old song! #endsars fool! Clout animal”
