The prince will be crowned the 21st Olu of the Warri Kingdom, as he ascends the throne of his forefathers.
Already, Warri Kingdom is wearing an air of celebration with indigenes and visitors anticipating the big day.
The road to Prince Emiko’s coronation has not been without controversies, as there were talks of his not being qualified to become the next Olu because his mother is neither from Itsekiri nor of Edo origin.
The provisions of Paragraph 2, Section 8 of the 1979 Edict has also been a point of reference in the troubles of the Prince.
