Selling a not-too-popular idea can be very challenging to even the brightest marketer.
Soft-spoken Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Fico Solutions, Taofick Okoya would attest to this postulation having tried severely to sell the idea of Africans identifying more with black rather than white dolls.
Derailed by several challenges during his doll campaign, the younger Okoya held on to his passion and kept on pushing the idea, while venturing into other industries including fashion where he blazed trails for a while before quietly going underground.
In recent times, the man has not been seen around leading to questions about his whereabouts and current adventures.
Not known as a party person, the intermittent stopover that Okoya is known to make occasionally has since stopped.
