An official of the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA), has been filmed being assaulted by a police officer.
The off-duty security operative dressed in mufti was stopped by the LASTMA official for driving on the BRT lane.
Upon trying to seize his car, the security operative put up a fight as the LASTMA officer tried to take his car to the LASTMA office.
In a video shared online, the security operative is seen assaulting the LASTMA official and trying to put handcuffs on him.
