Nigeria’s President, Bola Tinubu has officially sworn in members of his cabinet.
The swearing in of the ministers follows their screening and confirmation by the Senate.
The swearing in which was done in batches of five ministers kicked off at 10am inside the banquet hall of the Presidential Villa in Abuja.
Present at the event were dignitaries such as Vice President Kashim Shettima, Senate President Godswill Akpabio, and House of Representatives Speaker Tajudeen Abbas.
Recall that Tinubu had earlier assigned portfolios to the ministers. The updated ministerial list and their designations includes;
