Stranded passengers along the Lagos waterway escaped death when their boat almost capsized
The incident took place on Friday, November 10.
However, they were rescued by officials of the Lagos State Waterways Authority (LASWA).
In a video shared online before they were rescued, the boat passengers called out for help while also disclosing that the boat was almost sinking.
They were heard saying; “As you can see, we’re sinking o. We’re sinking now. Like seriously, we’re sinking in the boat. We need rescue, please. We need rescue here.”
