Hafeez Adedigba, the commercial bus driver caught on camera dressed in a woman’s outfit has explained his action.`

Adedigba explained that the dress which he wore belongs to his wife, adding that he has about two of her clothes in his car.

According to him, he said he changes into his wife’s old clothes when it starts raining, to avoid soiling his own clothes, then changes back to his after the rain.

There have been speculations about the circumstances surrounding the video which went viral. Some people suggested the driver probably engaged in a fight and had to hastily change his clothes.

There were also those who hold the opinion that he might have gone to meet a woman and had to wear her clothes to escape after the woman’s husband returned unexpectedly.

However, Adedigba has now refuted those positions, explaining what inspired his action.
