Kwara State Governor, Abdulfatah Ahmed is currently enjoying a bitter sweet experience.
Not long after he declared his second term ambition the cold hands of death has visited his family taking away his mother, Hajia Ramotalahi Ahmed.
Hajia Ahmed passed on at the age of 90 after a brief illness.
The deceased who has since been buried according to Islamic rites is survived by Alhaji Ayo Ahmed, Alhaja Hajarat Ibraheem, Hajiya Sidikat Sadiq, Dr Abdulfatah Ahmed, Abdulrasak Ahmed, Hajiya Binta Atolagbe, Hajiya Nimota Abiara and Hajiya Basheerat Ahmed
