Politics Abiola Ajimobi Is Alive-Spokesman Published 5 years ago on June 18, 2020 By The Octopus News Admin Bolaji Tunji, the spokesman of Senator Abiola Ajimobi has refuted speculations about his death. There had been speculation about the health condition of the immediate past Governor of Oyo State who is hospitalised in First Cardiologist Hospital worsening, with talks that he has died. However, while reacting to the speculation, Tunji, said that his principal was still alive. “I spoke with those around him not long ago and they confirmed to me that he is still alive. Please disregard news of his death as fake news,” Tunji said. Recall that the former governor was named the acting National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC). Ajimobi, who is 70-year-old is believed to have an underlying illness which is slowing down his recovery. He was reported to have undergone a lung surgery earlier today.
