“Be careful who you trust, the devil was once an angel.”
The above quote depicts how fast a man can go from a hero to being a villain.
Once considered an angel who liberated Nigerians from near-slavery, many sang the praises of Allen Onyema, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Air Peace when without charges he airlifted Nigerians caught up in the onslaught of the xenophobic attack in South Africa.
In the thick of Onyema’s fantasy, he was even acknowledged by the House of Representative who marveled at his exceptional spirit, a one of a kind Nigerian who picked brotherhood above profit.
But Onyema’s image is fast changing, as detractors begin to question his real essence with some tagging him a wolf in sheep clothing, due to an allegation of fraud and money laundering trailing him.
