Joy and happiness have taken over the home of Makashe Awogboro, the first child of Olorogun Oscar Ibru, after two years of waiting to hear the cry of a tot in their household.
Makashe recently gave birth to a baby boy throwing both her immediate and extended family into a season of happiness.
The birth of the baby does not only mean an addition to the Ibru dynasty, but automatically makes Olorogun Oscar Ibru a grandfather. Makashe got married to her husband, Kayode Awogboro, in an elaborate wedding in August 2012.
Then, the marriage was the talk of town as it commenced with a colourful traditional engagement ceremony at Tafawa Balewa Square, Lagos and was followed with a classic white wedding in Paris, France. The couple’s church wedding took place in Eglise Sainte-Clotilde, while the glamorous Pavilion d’ Armenonville was the venue of the reception.
Project Fame West Africa’s Chidinma Ekile provided entertainment for the guests who attended.
