Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable in the Nigerian music industry has eventually surrendered himself to the Lagos State Criminal Investigation Department at Yaba.
The state’s Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), Benjamin Hundeyin, confirmed this on Wednesday.
“Portable just turned himself in at the SCID Yaba. We have contacted Ogun State Police Command to come pick him up,” Hundeyin stated.
Earlier, www.theoctopusnews.com, reported how the singer announced his readiness to come out of hiding.

Following the arrest and arraignment of his accomplices, Portable went into hiding, while also refusing to honour the invitations of the Ogun State Police Command.
Taking to Instagram to announce his readiness to come out of hiding, Portable wrote, “Oba Anu. am going out today. God turn my battle to Blessing’s. Let Your Grace Speak for me.
