In December 2012, Vector tha Viper announced his resurgence with an album titled “Second Coming”. Since then, nothing has been heard of him except his occasional singles.
The anticipation had been on for quite a long while, as many anticipated his next album.
While some were interested in the music itself, for others it was a matter of solidarity, with the artiste having gone through a nasty dispute with YSG Entertainment, his former record label, a development that almost ruined his career.
Back from the doldrums, Vector tha Viper returns with a full body of work titled “Lafiaji”.
The rapper, who made his debut in 2008, gave an insight into what ‘Lafiaji’ had to offer with the promotion of one of the singles off the album titled ‘What’s That’.
‘Lafiaji’ which details the experience of the artiste in Lagos Island, will be released on Tuesday, December 20, with an accompanying concert at Freedom Park, Lagos on Tuesday, December 27. This is definitely another comeback for the rapper who has been underground for four years.
