Howie T and Dipo Abdul managed Baseline Music might be a new record label, but it is doing well for itself. It is currently attracting talented young names in the industry and the latest entrant is Aramide.
Aramide, whoes genre is afrobeat and soul music joined the label, which prides itself with discovering and nurturing talent.
Having started with pop singer, Saeon, as its first artiste and subsequently signing Skales, the label has taken the artistes to another level pushing their brands to the height.
For Saeon, her single “Boogie Down’, which featured Wizkid, was the beginning of a mega successful career, while Skale’s “Shake Body’ brought out the dormant skills which had been boiling to burst out all the while as an Empire Mate Entertainment artiste.
Nothing less is expected from the label as Aramide who discovered her talent for writing and singing at a tender age joins.
Aramide, has credit for singles such as “Feeling This Feeling”, “I Don’t Mind” and Its Over”. Her acoustic rendition and female version of elDee’s “Today Today” and Davido’s “Ekuro” are some of the songs with which she has shown her music prowess.
