Comedian, I Go Save, is of the opinion that the 25 Million Naira prize money for the winner of Big Brother Naija reality show is not enough.
Speaking during an interview, he said “I don’t think what the winner gets is enough. If you calculate the input, what people put in the show, I don’t think the winner gets enough. Because really there is no solid platform for them except the one they create by themselves. I mean if you win Big Brother, there should be something grand for you, some easy passage for you. It is just like Big Brother six months and another one is happening and the winner is going home with the wind and it’s not supposed to be so.”
I Go Save who now prefers to go by the name Save, further said that it cost a lot to make people popular and the moment they are popular, they can’t enter public buses anymore or eat in canteens, so they need a lot of money and N25 million is not enough.
