However, one person who would not have any of that is Hajia Maryam Mairo, the second wife of Sokoto State Governor, Aminu Tambuwal.
Hajia Mairo is contented with being the wife of the Governor, as clearly noticed in her reaction to a social media post regarding her official portrait.
The woman was quick to correct the impression of Mirna Aliyu that she is the First Lady of Sokoto state, stating that she is only the wife of the Executive Governor of Sokoto State.
This many have concluded is quite humbling considering that a lot of people would have preferred to be regaled with such a title even if for just a while.
