News Breaking: Edo Governor, Godwin Obaseki Resigns From APC Published 5 years ago on June 16, 2020 By The Octopus News Admin Governor Godwin Obaseki of Edo State has resigned his membership of the All Progressives Congress (APC). Obaseki resigned after a meeting with President Muhammadu Buhari on Tuesday, March 16. After the meeting which held at the Presidential Villa, Abuja, the embattled governor said he would pursue his ambition for second term in office on another platform. He had on Monday said he would only disclose his next line of action after meeting the President. Obaseki has been having a running battle with his predecessor and the national chairman of the party, Adams Oshiomhole.
