Senator Buruji Kashamu might yet be a budding politician by the number of years he has put into politics, but he is definitely proving his weight.
Having won the political heart of Ogun State’s politics, Kashamu recently solidified his place in Ekiti State too.
A Federal High Court in Ado Ekiti recently sacked the Ekiti State working committee of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), led by Gboyega Oguntuase, and declared the faction led by Williams Ajayi as the authentic one.
Mr. Ajayi’s group is loyal to Kashamu, the PDP senator representing Ogun East.
The court asked members of the Oguntuase-led committee to vacate office because their election was not approved by the National Working Committee of the party.
Indeed Kashamu is growing in might as a politician.
