Eyitayo Jegede no doubt achieved during his time as Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice in Ondo State.
However, the man is set for bigger responsibilities having resigned his appointment as Attorney General of the state on Friday, July 22nd.
Jegede, emerged the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), candidate for the Ondo State governorship election having scored 760 votes to beat his opponent, Saka Lawal who pulled only 22 votes.
With his victory, he becomes the party candidate for the election.
Come Saturday, November 26, if he wins at the polls he would have been entrusted with a responsibility bigger than what he used to hold.
Jegede, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria, (SAN), was born to the family of late Chief Johnson Bosede, the Odopetu of Isinkan, Akure, and Mrs. C.O Jegede from Ipele town, near Owo in Ondo State, Nigeria.
