Davido may have rubbished claims that he doesn’t care about anybody outside his crew.
The singer came under serious criticisms from late Tagbo Umeike’s girlfriend Caroline Danjuma who criticised him for abandoning her boyfriend in a General Hospital in Lagos.
Asides Danjuma, other critics of Davido also slammed him saying he would have shown more concern had Umeike being a part of his HKN Gang.
Davido has however shown that he does care about his friends.
To buttress this fact, he dedicated his awards for Artiste of the Year and Song of the Year which he won at the 2017 Afrimma award which held on Sunday, October 8, at House of Blues, Dallas Texas to the duo of late Umeike and late DJ Olu, one of his DJs and son of businessman, Dapo Abiodun.
Asides this, Davido also cancelled his appearance scheduled for Tuesday, October 10, at the ongoing Felabration. He cited the fact that he was mourning his friends as reason for cancelling his appearance. Who says Davido doesn’t care?
