The Nigerian music industry has witnessed one of the biggest and most anticipated reunions.
Years after Mohits Record the label that once had on its bill the duo of Don Jazzy and D’banj went defunct, the two leading acts who made the label what it used to be have united for a tour.
The tour, will hold at a later date, but has been confirmed by both artistes. Recall that the duo of D’banj and Don Jazzy set the music industry on fire when they reunited for a powerful performance at the 2017 edition of Dele Momodu’s Ovation Red Carol.
Since that perfrormance, their fans have been asking if the duo will unite for a tour or and album, hence this tour. If the tour works out, the duo might just be seen working on a collaborative album.
For the first time since they went their separate ways after the Mohits breakup in 2012, Don Jazzy and D’banj have just announced a reunion tour that’ll see them perform across the country and possibly worldwide.
Don Jazzy shared a video to make the announcement with the caption, ‘how many states/countries should we give them?’. While Dbanj wrote, ‘are they ready?’.
