Operatives of the Department of State Services (DSS), have rearrested Godwin Emefiele.
The suspended governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), was taken into custody by operatives of the agency after a physical fight with officials of the Nigerian Correctional Service (NCS), as they contested custody of the former boss of the apex bank.
The fight occurred in front of Nicholas Oweibo’s courtroom at the Federal High Court in Ikoyi, Lagos.
However, the prison officials left the premises of the court shortly after the brawl.
All of this comes after Emefiele was granted N20m bail by the Federal High Court in Ikoyi, Lagos.
