The last has not been heard about the misunderstanding between Baseline Music act, Saeon, and Wizkid.
Saeon, is not happy that Wizkid collected 1.5 Million from her for a collaboration, but failed to promoted the song online as agreed.
Reacting to Saeon’s comment an embarrassed Wizkid is quoted as saying he charges N10million for musical collaborations with artistes he doesn’t love but does it for free with the ones he loves.
In his words “I charge N10million for collaboration but I don’t charge the people I love. (but) I don’t pay for collaborations because I am confident of myself” he said.
Wizkid, joins the league of singers who take advantage of up and coming acts charging them exorbitantly before featuring in their song. Another popular artiste who does this is Ice Prince.
