Africa’s richest man, Aliko Dangote, has said that to run a successful business in Nigeria, a business owner cannot afford to get a enough sleep.
Aliko Dangote made this statement during an interactive session with senior editors in Lagos where he said meeting doctors’ sleep recommendations for good health for Nigerian businessmen and women is unattainable.
He said, “Once you are in business in Nigeria, you won’t be able to find enough sleep. Doctors always advice that we sleep for six to seven hours. I don’t think people who sleep for that long can operate businesses in Nigeria.”
The billionaire who shared his opinion on the country’s economy said between five and ten super rich Nigerians can grow it.
“Five to ten people can make Nigeria a great economy. We have to encourage Nigerians to invest at home,” Aliko Dangote said.
