Contrary to a Thursday morning rumour that governor Sullivan Chime of Enugu State is dead, an aide to the governor has confirmed to the contrary that Chime is alive.
When contacted to confirm the rumour, the aide, who begged not to be named, informed us that the story has no element of truth in it.
“I can authoritatively tell you that governor Sullivan Chime is alive. Please disregard the death hoax,” the
aide informed us.
