One of the biggest talking points about the Oba of Lagos, Rilwan Babatunde Osuolale Aremu Akiolu in recent days has been the disappearance of his staff of office.
Recall that vandals took over and looted the monarch’s palace following the #EndSARS protest, carting away valuables and his staff of office.
Following plea and threat by both the monarch’s family and traditionalists in the state, the staff of office has miraculously returned to the palace.
The staff of office was seen in a scattered room, hours after some traditionalists in the state initiated the process of placing a curse on those behind the looting.
