Nigeria’s political stakeholders were in shock today, Wednesday, 23rd of April 2025, following the sudden decamping of Delta Governor, Sheriff Oborevwori.
The governor decamped with his entire cabinet, ordering his appointees, including Local government administrators, to purchase membership forms of the All Progressive Congress (APC), which he decamped to.
While this is surprising to several people, Primate Ayodele, the Leader of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church had foretold in September 2024 that the PDP will lose a governor to the ruling party soon.
He mentioned that the major opposition party was making some mistakes and that the party’s leadership had gotten it wrong. He described the party as being in a mortuary state.
These were his words:
‘’PDP Will soon lose a governor because the party is currently in a mortuary state. With Damagum as the party chairman, the party cannot succeed. Let them pick between Gabriel Suswam and David Mark, anyone of them will be able to withstand the force of any political party and go to any length to make the PDP prosper. Any of them will help PDP out of the mortuary they are in; any of these people, with the support of party members, can deliver the party.’’
After this, the prophet continued to warn the party about the state of affairs till March when he specifically mentioned that three governors will soon decamp from the party with the governor of Delta being the first to move.
He specially mentioned that the Delta state governor will decamp to APC and foretold the future of the governor in the party.
These were his words:
“If APC allows the governor of Delta State to cross to APC, it will be jeopardized, the future of APC in Delta State will not be glorified again, his coming to APC will cause disorganization in APC in Delta State completely, and APC will not win any election.
“Sheriff will cause disarray in APC, Sheriff is not the answer to APC in Delta State. It will be catastrophic for APC. APC will be murdered and buried if the Sheriff crosses over to APC.
“If Sheriff crosses over to APC, the party will become a forgotten party in Delta State, APC will not even win, if Sheriff crosses to APC.
“Three governors will decamp from PDP, the first person, as I said, is the Delta State Governor, and that will cause calamity in APC,”

With these prophecies, Primate Ayodele was certain of what he saw, and the fulfillment has once again confirmed the credibility and accuracy of the world-renowned prophet.
