Producer, Cobhams Asuquo, has revealed that it is hard to say if there are proper record labels in Nigeria.
Asuquo revealed this during an interview while answering questions about music artiste and their earnings.
According to him, with the record label business being expensive, it is hard to say if we have proper record labels in Nigeria.
The ‘Ordinary People’ singer went on to say that there are however labels that are actually giving what they have to put their artistes out there. I wonder what some artistes would be like with labels like Mavin records, Chocolate City Record, Empire Mate Entertainment and the other labels you have out there, he said.
