Thespian, Mercy Aigbe, has denied claims allegedly made by her estranged husband Lanre Gentry, that they are back together.
While granting an interview, Lanre Gentry, was quoted to have said that the thespian is back to his house.
The couple had a marital crisis two years ago that saw Gentry battering his wife and subsequently saw them separating on grounds of domestic, putting an end to their seven years of marriage.
The hotelier was quoted to have said:
“We are not in court and we don’t have any issues (again). She is my wife and the court case is over. She is back to my house.
“Women are usually misled by their friends. When a woman is in the midst of her friends, many things happen. However, when they realise that they have done something wrong, then they are good to go. We give thanks to God.”
Mercy Aigbe who is not in the country has however refuted the claims by Gentry, adding that her ex was sseeking attention and that she remains in her house.
She reportedly said “What is wrong with Baba Juwon? And why are people still calling him to ask unnecessary questions? He just wants publicity. I stay in my own house.”
