Ibisaki Amachree, the ad-hoc staff of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) who was shot dead in Rivers State during the Saturday, February 23, Presidential Election has been buried.
Amachree, a mother of two was killed by a stray bullet was laid to rest on Saturday, March 30th.
Friends and family members gathered in tears at a Port Harcourt cemetery where he body was interred.
