Highly rated Nigerian singer, Simisola Kosoko, popularly known as Simi, has explained why people thought she was dating singer Femi Falana, also known as Falz.
Prior to her marriage to Adekunle Kosoko, Simi had a lovely relationship with Falz, leading to speculations that they were dating.
Explaning what happened between her and Falz in a recent interview, Simi said, “This is interesting because Falz and I have a history.
“Before I got married, we did an EP and everything.
“People thought we were dating.
“We had a couple of songs together, and people loved them.
“They were like: ‘You have good chemistry.’
“So we decided to do a joint EP, and we made an EP called: ‘Chemistry.’
“People loved it.”
Stating that she has another project with Falz which is set to be released soon, the singer said, “So we want to do something again for the culture.
“It’s kind of a funny song.
“I’m excited, and I can’t wait for people to hear it.”
The duo have collaborated on songs such as Soldier, Enough, and Foreign.
